Healing Physical & Emotional Pain In Minutes - How

First of all...a big
THANK YOU to all of my readers and clients that have phoned,
e-mailed and asked me to get in gear and start writing again, I feel
very blessed that you have interest in what I write and that you enjoy
my articles.
Okay, time to grab a
pen and start circling. Perhaps take notes and list what the specific
phobias, pains, fears, etc...are or the circumstances that brought them
into manifestation. Alright here we go.
Do you suffer from addictive
urges, (i.e. alcohol, drugs, smoking, gambling, shopping, sex, nail
biting, etc...), anger, anxiety, awkwardness, bitterness, chronic physical
or emotional pain, clumsiness, despair, disappointment, disgust, embarrassment,
envy, fatigue, fear, frustration, grief, guilt, heartache, hopelessness,
hurt feelings, impatience, irritability, jealousy, jet lag, loneliness,
love pain, negative thinking or behavior, obsessive compulsive behavior
or thinking, phobias (i.e snakes, bugs, claustrophobia, heights, flying,
agoraphobia, etc...) PMS, post traumatic stress disorder, procrastination,
rage, regret, rejection, remorse, resentment, sadness, self-hate, shame,
sorrow, stress, tiredness, trauma, tension or worry?
Naming your emotions
and physical pain tells you what you feel, once we have
listed these we want to move on to how much we feel or
what the actual intensity is. As you begin to rate the intensity for
each emotion, pain, disease or discomfort, you will need to be tuned
in to either the discomfort, emotion or experience that caused
the feeling. We must rate the level of distress while thinking about
the problem in order to rate it accurately. Often we are hurting or
pained inside either physical or emotionally but never really validate
the effects it has upon our lives leaving us stuffed with garbage that
we don’t know how to sort out or heal and eventually it takes its toll
on us.
Now that you have circled
any of the above discomforts that you have identified with and perhaps
added other experiences to the list, I would like for you to rate the
intensity of each on a scale of zero to ten as follows.
0 - The absence of any
distress. 1 - Neutral feelings
or just ok. 2 - A mild irritation
or awareness of tension or stress. 3 - Increased discomfort,
unpleasant but in control 4 - Noticeable discomfort
or distress, perhaps agitation, but tolerable. 5 - Discomfort is very
uncomfortable, but I can stand it. 6 - Discomfort worsens
and affects my life. 7 - Discomfort is severe
and emotional or physical pain interferes with my life. 8 - Discomfort increases
and is in my thought constantly. 9 - Discomfort is nearly
intolerable. 10 - Discomfort is extreme
and the worst imaginable. I feel panicky and overwhelmed.
Here comes the wake
up call. If you have rated anything on your list over a 2 and the intensity
is felt at least once a month or more, then chances are, you are bottling
some garbage that needs discarded from your life. If most of your ratings
are at a level of 6 or over, these issues must be addressed in some
matter, whether EFT, medical treatment (preferably preventative care
first) or therapy before your health begins to rapidly decline over
time.
With that said, the
good news is, there is an effective therapy that offers dramatic results
called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). EFT can diffuse the intensity
at a very rapid pace. In just one session, a client can generally bring
an intensity down several levels, and very often to a zero within minutes.
Doesn’t sound possible, right? Oh, but it is,
EFT is a POWERFUL healing tool and technique. It has proven it
weights in gold over many years, healing veterans from war traumas in
moments, healing abuse and traumatic memories, phobias, addictions,
pain, grief and the discomforts and problems mentioned previously. EFT
does not erase the memory, what it does is lower or erase the intense
feeling or reaction to the memory so that when the memory is recalled
or thought about there is no longer a negative connection or feeling
to that experience or trauma. EFT also allows the body to release physical
pain because physical pain is often a result of stored emotion. How
does it do this you may ask? The cause of all negative emotions
or pain are simply disruptions in the body’s energy system. Through
EFT these disruptions can be healed and revitalized. A session can range
from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the issues and aspects of each
issue. Multiple problems can be addressed and relieved in one extended
2 hour session. During the session the client will be taught how to
use EFT for personal use if needed for future issues, to gain self confidence,
to increase performance at school, work or in sports, for reducing stress
and to aid in restful sleep. EFT’s motto is “try it on everything”!
